Top Responsibilities – Senior Accountant:
Oversee month-end close processes related to inventory and cost accounting
Monitor inventory movements, production outputs, and system transactions for accuracy
Investigate inventory variances and prepare detailed variance and PPV analysis
Prepare inventory reconciliations and maintain supporting workpapers
Review general ledger activity to ensure accurate cost of goods sold recognition
Support standard costing processes including product cost analysis and pricing updates
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and select technical accounting initiatives
Participate in physical inventory observations and support internal control compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and leadership teams
Support audit requests and continuous process improvement initiatives
Experience Preferred – Senior Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably within public accounting or public companies
Exposure to inventory or cost accounting strongly preferred
Solid understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and reporting processes
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Organized, proactive professional with strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
