Location: Cleveland, Ohio – (On-site) – Monday-Friday
Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Position Overview
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the organization’s accounting and financial operations. This position will be responsible for general ledger activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and supporting leadership with accurate financial information and analysis. Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
- Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Expereince with Excel
