Location: South Florida (On‑Site)
Salary: $62,400 – $93,600 annually (based on $30–$45/hr)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries by analyzing financial data
- Maintain and support general ledger activity and account reconciliations
- Assist with month‑end close, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Manage daily banking transactions and account activity
- Support accounts payable functions, including vendor bill review and payment processing
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with external audits and prepare required documentation and schedules
- Reconcile transactions and support financial operations across multiple areas
- Partner with internal teams to support reporting and accounting needs
- Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting
- Experience with month‑end close and account reconciliations
- NetSuite experience is required
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
