Senior Accountant
Location: Cranberry Twp, PA 16066 (Hybrid)
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000+ (flexible based on experience and qualifications)

This role will be responsible for leading lease accounting activities, supporting the month-end close process, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, with a strong emphasis on ASC 842. Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
Lease Accounting

Manage all aspects of lease accounting under ASC 842, including initial recognition, modifications, remeasurements, and terminations.

The Senior Accountant will ensure lease accounting activities are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner.
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

Support month-end and year-end close activities.

The Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Maintain accurate balance sheet accounts and related documentation.
Financial Analysis

Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting financial performance.

The Senior Accountant will provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Compliance & Audit Support

Serve as the subject matter expert for lease accounting matters.

Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to information requests.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant Role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 842 lease accounting requirements

Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis

Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and LeaseQuery experience preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
