What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring all accounting modules close accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate and execute month-end close activities to maintain timely and reliable financial reporting
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts with a focus on accuracy and minimal variance
- Reconcile key general ledger accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany transactions
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Assist in monitoring AR and AP activity to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and processed promptly
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Play a key role in preparing Prepared By Client (PBC) schedules and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies across the department
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced business environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience working with manufacturing accounting or ERP systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
