Key Responsibilities
- Post general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Support month-end close and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules with analytical review
- Leverage Sage 300 to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation
- Support the Controller with special projects and process improvements
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of hands-on staff accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and journal entries
Salary:
Up to $95k base plus bonus
Location: Fully on-site, Metuchen, NJ
