Salary Range: $95,000–$110,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and drive month end close
- Review the work of and provide guidance to junior accountants
- Oversee accounts payable activities, processes, and internal controls
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and increase efficiency
- Support financial reporting and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Assist with accounting initiatives tied to acquisitions, integrations, and company growth
- Partner with leadership on projects designed to strengthen and scale the finance organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA or currently pursuing CPA designation preferred
- Prior public accounting/audit experience strongly preferred, particularly with a regional accounting firm
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
- A proactive mindset with an interest in taking on greater responsibility and growing into a leadership role
