Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Managing all daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
- Partnering with the external CPA firm and internal leadership to resolve complex accounting issues
- Overseeing multi‑state sales tax compliance
- Working closely with inventory, operations, and engineering on COGS analysis, cost allocations, and software capitalization/categorization
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
- 6+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong preference for experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or online retail
- Extensive QuickBooks Online experience is essential
