What You’ll Own
- Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accuracy across the general ledger
- Perform account reconciliations, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
- Assist with cash management, including banking activity and reconciliations
- Apply GAAP across accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and lease accounting
- Identify and drive process improvements across accounting and reporting workflows
- Partner with operations and business leaders to ensure accurate financial insights
- Support internal and external audits
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with general ledger and month-end close
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience working within ERP/accounting systems
- CPA (or in progress) is a plus
