Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee deferred revenue accounting and revenue recognition processes in compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Administer multi-state sales and use tax filings and maintain ongoing compliance requirements.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy across related accounting activities.
• Drive process improvements, documentation initiatives, and cross-functional accounting projects.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
