A fast‑growing fully remote Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Technical Accounting team. This role offers exposure to M&A, complex transactions, and high‑visibility initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support technical accounting for M&A, consolidations, and complex transactions
- Assist with acquisition integrations and process improvements
- Contribute to ERP and data transformation projects
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and leadership
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting within a public company
- Experience auditing or working with publicly traded companies
- Stable work history
- CPA or active pursuit preferred
