Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Prepare month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
• Manage inventory accounting, reserves, fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring GAAP compliance
• Oversee key AP functions including wire transfers, accruals, intercompany payments, and 1099 reporting
• Reconcile accounts receivable and support commission, fee, and cash forecasting processes
• Manage inventory accounting, reserves, fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring GAAP compliance

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Experience with inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting under GAAP
