Senior Accountant
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This on-site role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and close activities, with a strong emphasis on inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
- Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliation of inventory, WIP, and standard cost variances
- Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, overhead, and material variances
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 4–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
