Senior Accountant
Location: Largo, FL (all in office)
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Manage month-end close activities and general ledger accounting
- Support invoicing, cash applications, collections, and AR-related processes
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with accounting support for acquisitions and multi-entity operations
- Drive automation initiatives and help improve financial reporting efficiency
- Partner with leadership on operational and strategic accounting projects
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or on CPA track
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong month-end close and general ledger experience
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience preferred
- Manufacturing, multi-entity, or M&A experience is a plus
