Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee general ledger accounting and other core finance functions while contributing to the company’s strategic financial goals. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:

Managing general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions

Assisting with audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries

Developing and maintaining internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements

Collaborating with the Controller and leadership team on financial reporting and strategy

Mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff in their daily responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–5 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
