What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Perform intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and cash transfers
- Support month-end close, including financial statement review and variance analysis
- Lead inventory processes, including monthly counts, reconciliations, variance analysis, and inventory reporting
- Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy, generate invoices, and process manual billings as needed
- Monitor daily bank activity and ensure accurate cash postings
- Assist with audit and tax requests
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements within accounting procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent accounting/finance experience)
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong month-end close experience
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
