Senior Accountant
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite with Flexibility)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Support manufacturing accounting processes, including inventory transactions, job costing, and WIP accounting.
- Process payroll and assist with related accounting activities.
- Serve as a backup resource for AP/AR and customer billing functions.
- Analyze production, purchasing, receiving, and inventory-related transactions across multiple locations.
- Partner with operations to understand and support manufacturing financial processes.
What They’re Looking For
- Manufacturing accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of job costing, inventory accounting, WIP accounting, and production-related accounting processes.
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent accounting experience.
- Payroll experience and a willingness to support multiple accounting functions.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a hands-on environment with evolving processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational mindset.
