Senior Accountant
Location: Rutherford County, TN

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities

• Analyze financial data and identify trends to support business decisions

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and internal controls

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• CPA designation or CPA track is a plus but not required
