Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Prepare and review financial statements and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Support audits, tax filings, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial results and recommend process improvements
• Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional business partners

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry
• Strong account reconciliation and general ledger expertise
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
