Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant
- Drive reconciliation accuracy by validating reporting outputs against source system data
- Review and evaluate offshore support work to ensure quality, completeness, and proper cash application processing
- Investigate discrepancies and perform research that supports timely resolution of reconciling items
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external support partners to keep work moving efficiently
- Contribute to a disciplined, deadline-driven finance environment through strong follow-through and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Accounting or finance experience with reconciliation and research responsibilities
- Professional communication skills and the maturity to work effectively in an office-based team environment

Schedule
- Hybrid; 4 days in office with remote Fridays, with initial schedule aligned to team training needs
