The Senior Accountant will work closely with leadership and have responsibilities that go well beyond traditional month-end accounting, including financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, inventory, costing, and process improvement.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, annual reports, and financial forecasts
- Manage and support AR, AP, payroll, inventory, costing, and general ledger activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Analyze financial results and prepare variance reporting
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and management
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Support inventory and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Partner with leadership on financial analysis and business initiatives
Senior Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of accounting and financial experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong financial reporting and general ledger accounting experience
- Experience with forecasting and financial analysis
- Exposure to inventory and cost accounting
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership
