Salary: $80,000–$85,000
Location: Greater Orlando Area | Hybrid/Remote
Required Onsite Day: Every Wednesday

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant
- Manage assigned general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and monthly and annual close activities as the Senior Accountant
- Support multi-entity consolidations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation as the Senior Accountant
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activity while researching and resolving discrepancies as the Senior Accountant
- Analyze bank reconciliations, inventory balances, accruals, and other accounting activity to ensure accurate financial reporting as the Senior Accountant
- Partner with Finance leadership to improve month-end close processes, reporting accuracy, and accounting procedures as the Senior Accountant
- Assist with special projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives as the Senior Accountant
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience in a multi-entity accounting environment
- NetSuite or SAP experience preferred
- Public accounting experience and CPA designation are a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
