Salary: $65,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and related workflows
- Assist with trust accounting compliance, reporting, and reconciliations
- Partner with leadership to enhance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience required
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, reporting, and financial analysis required
- Law firm and trust accounting experience strongly preferred
