Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
- Manage expense, inventory, and intercompany allocations
- Support AR functions, including billing, cash application, and collections
- Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting
- Assist with cash forecasting and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to support audits and compliance
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and allocations
- Exposure to inventory accounting, AR, and cash flow processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
