Senior Accountant

This role will be responsible for supporting month-end close, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing financial results, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.

Salary:
$95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Analyze financial results and investigate variances

• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports

• Assist with audit requests and compliance activities

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects and reporting needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
