Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
Location: Greater Boston, 90% remote

Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle accounting including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
• Assist with inventory accounting, intercompany activity, and US GAAP compliance
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management review
• Help identify process gaps and support improvements around systems, controls, and workflows
• Partner with both US and international finance teams to support accurate and timely reporting
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or related role
• Strong hands-on accounting background within a small to midsize company environment
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to support inventory and intercompany accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred
