Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, KPIs, and management reports
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Ensure accurate cost accounting and intercompany transaction reporting
- Support external audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger functions
- Experience with SAP and/or Global Shop Solutions preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI
- Ability to clearly communicate financial trends and business insights
