Senior Accountant
Target Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit reviews, and customer account reconciliations.
• Reconcile inventory balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer payroll through ADP and supervise A/P and billing staff.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Senior-level accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Strong general ledger, month-end close, and account reconciliation experience.
• Payroll processing experience, preferably utilizing ADP.
• Experience preparing financial statements and working with external CPA firms.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within an accounting environment.
