Senior Accounting Analyst (FP&A Blend)
Salary: $75,000–$90,000+ DOE + discretionary semi-annual bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Assist with ERP implementation and future M&A integration efforts.
- Perform general accounting functions, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support JSOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial analysis and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Strong accounting foundation with FP&A experience.
- Exposure to M&A, financial analysis, ERP implementations, or strategic finance preferred.
- Distribution, energy, or oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
