Senior Accounting Analyst
Location: Meriden, CT (Onsite with potential work-from-home flexibility in the future)
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Analyst
• The Senior Accounting Analyst will analyze financial results and reporting across multiple domestic and international business units
• Support the Group Controller with financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with operations throughout North America and Europe to improve financial performance
• Participate in due diligence, acquisition onboarding, and M&A integration efforts
• Help standardize and implement financial and management best practices across the organization
• Lead and support special projects that drive operational and financial improvements
• Support the Group Controller with financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with operations throughout North America and Europe to improve financial performance

Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5+ years of accounting, audit, financial analysis, or public accounting experience
• CPA designation or public accounting background preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis
• Self-starter who enjoys digging into issues, solving problems, and driving improvements
