Senior Accounting Associate
$120,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform financial statement preparation and review engagements
- Assist clients with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Research and apply accounting guidance to complex accounting matters
- Support clients with technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance needs
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
- Assist managers and leadership with special projects and client initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation completed or actively pursuing preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experience reviewing financial records, reconciliations, and workpapers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software platforms
- Desire to grow into a future leadership or management role
