Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist managing a portfolio of client accounts and accounts receivable activity
- Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve past-due balances, billing disputes, and payment issues
- Develop collection strategies, payment plans, and recommendations that improve cash flow and reduce risk
- Analyze account histories, financial trends, and collection performance to identify opportunities for resolution
- Maintain accurate portfolio records within Aderant and ARCS while ensuring timely follow-up
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, or related accounts receivable professional
- Commercial collections and credit management experience required
- Law firm or professional services industry experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Aderant, ARCS, or comparable financial systems
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
