Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Partner Role:

Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to design and implement compensation strategies across the organization
Lead large‑scale compensation projects, including job architecture development and job description redesign
Develop and maintain salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data and organizational strategy
Conduct market pricing analysis and benchmarking to support competitive compensation decisions
Design, implement, and administer sales incentive programs
Serve as a consultative partner to HR and leadership teams on compensation‑related decisions
Own and manage compensation tools and systems, ensuring optimal usage and data integrity
Analyze compensation data and develop insights to support decision‑making and workforce planning
Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, methodologies, and governance
Collaborate across departments including IT, Finance, and operations to ensure alignment

Requirements for the Senior Compensation Partner Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related
5+ years of progressive compensation experience
Strong background in job architecture, market pricing, and salary structure development
Consultative experience working with HR leadership and senior stakeholders
Experience with compensation tools such as PayFactors preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems
