Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + 8% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Accountant:

• Maintain and improve standard costing processes for inventory, labor, and overhead.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost drivers and profitability trends.
• Analyze product margins and partner with Sales and leadership on pricing and profitability decisions.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product cost estimates.
• Support ERP optimization efforts and become a key Sage X3 resource.
• Prepare reporting and analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications for the Senior Cost Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience or public accounting experience supporting manufacturing clients.
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis tools.
