Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve standard costing, inventory costing, and bill of materials (BOM) processes.
- Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and cost tracking to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Quality, and leadership teams to analyze product margins and identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
- Update labor and overhead rates while supporting ongoing process improvements within the cost accounting function.
- Assist with ERP optimization and provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience or public accounting experience supporting manufacturing clients.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills with a passion for process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.
