Senior Cost Analyst

Target Compensation: $85,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Must reside in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area)

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Analyst:

  • Manage project setup, maintenance, billing configurations, and WBS structures within Deltek Costpoint
  • Analyze project costs, funding levels, billing variances, and unbilled receivables to ensure financial accuracy
  • Review contract modifications and maintain funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures
  • Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE and resolve billing or funding discrepancies
  • Support DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions, indirect rate analysis, and project financial reporting

Qualifications for the Senior Cost Analyst:

  • 5+ years of government contracting experience in project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration
  • Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience, particularly within Project Setup and Billing modules
  • Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including WAWF/PIEE invoicing
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA requirements, contract funding, and labor cost allocation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
