Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project setup, billing configurations, WBS structures, and project maintenance in Deltek Costpoint

  • Review contract modifications and update funding ceilings, performance periods, and contract structures

  • Prepare and review billing for CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts

  • Analyze project costs, funding, billing variances, and unbilled receivables

  • Research and resolve project accounting and funding discrepancies

  • Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE

  • Assist with annual DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions and indirect rate support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration experience in government contracting

  • Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience required, particularly Project and Billing functionality

  • Experience with CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts

  • Experience with government invoicing through WAWF/PIEE
