Senior Finance Analyst (Fully Onsite – Greater Hartford Area)

Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive effective financial planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Monitor grant spending and manage restricted funds
- Assist with audit preparation, including account reconciliations and supporting documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Proficiency with Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Hands-on approach with readiness to take on leadership responsibilities
- Strong team-oriented mindset
Salary: Up to $72,800/yr
