Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical components of the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations across multiple systems.
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and support monthly forecasting activities.
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports that provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze customer profitability and key performance metrics to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for assigned business units.
- Partner closely with operational leaders to understand financial performance drivers and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
