Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical components of the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations across multiple systems.
  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process and support monthly forecasting activities.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports that provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze customer profitability and key performance metrics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for assigned business units.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to understand financial performance drivers and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
