Key Responsibilities for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles
    • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers
    • Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools
    • Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting
    • Deliver strategic insights, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations
    • Drive reporting automation and process improvements

Qualifications for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
    • Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
    • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
    • Strong foundation in financial statements and accounting principles
