Title: Senior HR Coordinator
Salary: Up to $85,000 – $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Coordinator:
- Process weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records, deductions, garnishments, reimbursements, and related transactions
- Manage employee onboarding and maintain compliance with employment laws, documentation requirements, and HR best practices
- Serve as the primary liaison with benefits providers and assist employees with benefits-related matters
- Address employee relations issues and support day-to-day HR operations across the organization
- Coordinate onboarding and verify required insurance, payroll reporting, and compliance documentation
- Support ongoing software transitions, including payroll and accounting system implementations
Qualifications for the Senior HR Coordinator:
- 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration
- Knowledge of payroll processing, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant HR certifications preferred
- Bilingual skills are a significant plus
