Senior Manager of Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Capital Markets:

• Lead and support securitization transactions, warehouse financings, and other capital markets initiatives
• Build and maintain cash flow models, portfolio forecasts, and funding scenarios to evaluate financing structures and cost of capital
• Analyze loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, default, and prepayment trends
• Partner with Treasury and FP&A to assess liquidity needs, capital structure alternatives, and portfolio valuation
• Enhance reporting and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other financial tools while mentoring junior analysts

Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Capital Markets:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, corporate finance, or a related field
• Experience with securitizations, asset-backed securities (ABS), warehouse facilities, or consumer lending portfolios preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, and portfolio performance analysis
