Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + Full Benefits + 401(k) Match
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting payroll operations for approximately 1,300 employees across multiple business units, including manufacturing, leasing, and sales.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Payroll Processing

  • Process high-volume, multi-state payrolls across 5 entities and 10 payroll cycles
  • Manage complex pay structures including commissions, bonuses, and incentives
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all payroll activities

Employee Support & Communication

  • Serve as a go-to resource for payroll questions
  • Resolve discrepancies and clearly explain payroll details to employees
  • Build trust through responsive, professional communication

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Support reporting, audits, and payroll reconciliations

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to enhance payroll processes and systems

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Paylocity (required)
  • Strong background in multi-state, high-volume payroll processing
  • Experience handling commissions, bonuses, and variable pay structures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to union payroll
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Experience in complex or multi-entity environments
