Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Analyst:
• Process full-cycle payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employees across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and wage orders
• Reconcile payroll results, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues
• Support SAP HCM/ECP administration, vendor coordination, and payroll system enhancements
• Assist with payroll integrations and implementations related to M&A activity
• Partner with HR, Labor Relations, and Finance on union payroll, pay rules, liabilities, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and wage orders
• Reconcile payroll results, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues
• Support SAP HCM/ECP administration, vendor coordination, and payroll system enhancements

Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Analyst:
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience processing large hourly employee populations, ideally 500+ employees
• SAP HCM, SAP ECP, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or similar enterprise payroll system experience
• Payroll compliance expertise including taxation, garnishments, wage orders, and union payroll preferred
