Key Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Specialist:
• Process and support high-volume, multi-state payroll across multiple entities and pay groups
• Manage commissions, bonuses, incentive compensation, and special payroll scenarios
• Serve as an employee-facing payroll expert, resolving questions and discrepancies with confidence
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and ongoing operational needs
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Specialist:
• Hands-on Paylocity payroll experience
• Proven multi-state, high-volume payroll processing background
• Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
