Senior Pricing Analyst

Position Summary
The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and cost structures to optimize pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
  • Analyze pricing performance, margins, and profitability across products, customers, and channels
  • Build financial models to support pricing decisions, scenario analysis, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales on deal pricing, discounting strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead pricing initiatives including price adjustments, new product pricing, and promotions
  • Maintain and enhance pricing tools, reporting, and systems
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to improve margin and revenue performance
  • Ensure pricing governance and compliance with internal policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity
