What you’ll do:
- Own financial reporting (quarterly statements + book-to-GAAP)
- Manage loan draws, cash flow waterfalls & equity schedules
- Support audits (external + engineering reimbursements)
- Oversee lot & commercial sales accounting
- Handle AP/AR processes and ensure clean, accurate data
- Track MUD reimbursements & property taxes
- Partner with project teams + leadership on ad hoc needs
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- Real estate or development experience is a plus
- Excel skills
