Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered a prominent real estate development and management firm, to identify a Senior Property Accountant. This role is key to ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting for a diverse property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of property-level accounting, including monthly close and reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Support annual audits, budgets, and forecasts

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on property performance

Collaborate with property management and finance teams to improve processes
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent

4+ years of property accounting experience
- Software experience in MRI is preferred; Yardi is accepted
