Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for 15+ residential communities
• Review and approve monthly property financials
• Oversee bank reconciliations and accruals
• Lead year-end audit support
• Mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of property accounting experience
• Multifamily experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with RealPage required
