Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting for affordable housing communities
• Prepare investor and lender reporting
• Maintain compliance-related financial records
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
• Track reserve and escrow accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years of property accounting experience
• Affordable housing or LIHTC experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite
• Strong attention to detail
